The working principle of the fully automatic stretch film packaging machine (thermoforming vacuum packaging machine) is to stretch the lower film in the forming studio, load the package into the formed lower mold cavity, then perform vacuum or vacuum inflation in the vacuum sealing studio, and heat-seal the upper film with the lower film, and then divide the package through the cross-cutting knife system and the longitudinal cutting knife system. Finally, the finished package will be transported to the next process along the conveyor belt, and the remaining waste film material will be recycled by the waste film winding system.
The thermoforming vacuum packaging machine must use a forming mold. After the lower film enters the forming studio, it is formed into the shape of the container through heating and vacuum negative pressure stretching and other technologies, and the package is loaded into the formed lower mold cavity, and finally the package is sealed. The size and shape of the lower film are completely determined by the forming mold. We will design the mold according to customer needs and product characteristics.

Generally speaking, thermoforming packaging machines require two rolls of film, one roll as the bottom forming film and the other roll as the top sealing film.

In addition to plastic materials, are there other types of materials that can be used in the machine?
Yes, there are two other materials that can be used in thermoforming vacuum packaging machines.
The first: aluminum foil roll. Aluminum foil has high strength and barrier properties.
The second: dialysis paper and plastic. This type of packaging material is specially designed and produced for medical devices, such as bandages, gauze, medical protective clothing, medical gloves, medical masks, N95 masks, swab covers, etc.
The upper sealing film is TYVEK dialysis paper, and the lower forming film is a peelable PA/PP/PE film. Suitable for sterilization methods such as ETO ethylene oxide, high temperature hot steam, and gamma ray irradiation.
Use, maintenance and care of packaging machines
1. The vacuum pump of the equipment should be replaced with oil every 3 months to keep the oil level at about 3/4. New equipment and equipment that packages liquid products should determine the time and frequency of oil replacement according to the situation. It is recommended to use special oil for vacuum pumps.
2. Lubricate the chain with oil every week, lubricate the main lifting system with butter (and check whether the screws of the lifting system are loose), oil the bearing joint butter cup on the cylinder lifting shaft every 15 days, and fill the lifting system guide block with butter once a week to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Regular maintenance of the cylinder ensures the integrity of the equipment. Check and handle the pneumatic valves and solenoid valves of the equipment once a month.
4. The equipment should be fully overhauled every 3 months, including the equipment fixing screws and electrical fixing screws, and the filter in the vacuum pump suction port should be cleaned of debris every 3 months to prevent the vacuum from failing to meet the qualified standards. (Cleaning can be carried out at an appropriate time according to your own production needs)
5. When the machine is out of service for more than one week, the longitudinal cutting knife and the cross-cutting knife should be properly coated with vegetable oil to ensure its use effect.

1. The structure has high strength and corrosion resistance. The screw holes in each fixed position are processed by high-precision laser at one time to ensure the accuracy of assembly and make the whole machine run smoothly.

Four-axis linkage lifting device
1. The lifting device is made of 6061 aviation aluminum alloy, which increases the stability and strength of the components. The sliding parts adopt imported high wear-resistant linear bearings, which are accurate in positioning and stable in operation. The lifting height can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the thickness of the product packaging. Without changing the running speed, the lifting distance is shortened to improve the packaging speed of the entire machine.
2. The parts are inlaid with graphite copper sleeves to increase lubrication, reduce abrasion and extend the service life. In addition, the graphite copper sleeve is extremely pressure-resistant, which ensures the sealing of the molding chamber and the vacuum chamber.
Electronic magnetic pre-tightening device
1. Using electromagnetic brake, the brake is stable and the force is even, avoiding the phenomenon of wrinkling and curling of the packaged products.
2. The digital display shows that the tightening force is adjustable. The key can be adjusted conveniently and intuitively according to the thickness, flexibility and softness of the packaging film to achieve the best packaging effect.
Electrical System
1. The intelligent control system adopts the German Siemens brand uniformly, and the control points are responsive and cooperative. The temperature, time, and vacuum pressure of each part are displayed on the computer screen, and it has its own fault detection function.
2. Adopting German Siemens high inertia servo motor and driver, the chain positioning is accurate and running fast.
Intelligent operating system
1. Touch screen operation, automatic program control, graphic display of the entire running status, automatic detection of the cause of failure, easy to operate and maintain the equipment.

Safety protection system
