1.Low vacuum degree of external vacuum packaging machine: The pump oil of the external vacuum packaging machine is polluted. Too little or too thin. Clean the vacuum pump and replace the new vacuum pump oil; the vacuum time is too short to extend the vacuum time; the vacuum filter is blocked and clean or replace the exhaust filter; there is a leak, turn off the power after vacuuming, and check whether the solenoid valve, pipe joint, vacuum pump suction valve and the surrounding seals of the studio have any leaks.

2.Loud noise: Replace the vacuum pump coupling if it is worn or broken; the exhaust filter is blocked or the installation position is incorrect, clean or replace the exhaust filter and install it correctly; check whether the solenoid valve has any leaks and eliminate them if there is a leak.

3.Vacuum pump oil spray: The O-ring of the suction valve falls off. Unplug the vacuum tube on the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the compression spring and the suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, re-embed it into the groove, and then install it; replace the vane if it is worn.

4.Vacuum pump oil leakage: oil return valve is blocked, remove the oil return valve and clean it (see the manual for details); the oil window is loose, remove the oil window after draining the oil, and wrap it with raw tape or thin plastic film.

5.Vacuum pump has a lot of oil smoke: the exhaust filter is blocked or contaminated, clean or replace the exhaust filter; the pump oil is contaminated and replaced with new oil; the oil return valve is blocked and clean the oil return valve

6.No heating: the heating strip of the vacuum packaging machine is burned out, replace the heating strip; the heating time relay is burned out (both lights are on at the same time when the machine is turned on, and the OMRON light is yellow), replace the time relay; the heating wire is burned out, replace the heating wire, and install it firmly; the control heating temperature band switch has poor contact, repair or replace; the AC contactor that controls heating does not reset, repair (use airflow to blow away foreign matter) or replace; the heating transformer is broken and replaced

7.Heating does not stop: the heating time relay of the external vacuum packaging machine has poor contact or burns out, adjust the contact between the time relay and the socket or replace it; the control heating AC contactor does not reset, repair or replace it.
