Selection requirements and maintenance skills of continuous vacuum packaging machines
Continuous vacuum packaging machines utilize advanced, fully automatic technology. New users may find it difficult to operate the Machine due to lack of experience, and maintenance can be challenging. Below are some equipment selection requirements and maintenance tips:
⑴. Maintenance
- Regularly check the lubrication of all components and replace the lubricant promptly to extend the machine's service life.
- If rinsing is not possible, use a brush. Keeping the equipment clean and dry is crucial for extending its service life.
- Regularly clean the end surfaces of the automatic Packaging Machine's constant heat sealing copper blocks to remove foreign matter and prevent scale buildup, as this will reduce thermal conductivity.
- When the machine is not in use, flush any residual liquid from the pipes with clean water, as residual liquid can affect the quality of the next product.
⑵. Selection Requirements:
- Vacuum Strength
This refers to the degree of gas dilution under vacuum. What we call Vacuum Packaging today does not actually achieve a complete vacuum. If the packaged items need to be stored under a high vacuum, a high-vacuum vacuum machine is recommended.
- Work Efficiency
To improve work efficiency and save labor costs, choose a dual-chamber or multi-chamber vacuum machine to increase overall efficiency.
- Versatility
Some items may require additional protective gases during packaging; consider a vacuum machine with an inflator.
