Problems that should be paid attention to when installing the fully automatic thermoforming vacuum packaging machine

Fully automatic thermoforming vacuum packaging machines are widely used among Packaging Equipment. Their vacuum principle ensures better hygiene and safety. While installation is simple, even simple equipment requires some precautions. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

1. Packaging Materials

① Large Packaging Machines typically use wooden crates for their outer packaging.

② When removing the crates, proceed gradually to avoid accidentally damaging the wrapping machine. The wrapping machine's turntable should be placed on a flat, clean surface. An uneven surface can easily cause the turntable to warp after use.

③ Connect the uprights to the turntable. If there is a slope, install it at the same level as the turntable. The ramp should be positioned to facilitate the placement and removal of goods. Pay attention to its position and clearance from the turntable. After installation, secure it with expansion screws.

2. Check for Omissions

① Since most packaging machines are purchased from manufacturers outside of China, upon unpacking the packaging machine upon arrival, first inspect the machine components for completeness. Check for missing quantities, incorrect shipments, or omissions based on the parts list on the order.

② Before initial installation of the wrapping machine, verify that all parts and accessories are complete according to the packing list provided by the supplier. Check for any bumps or damage during transportation. If the wrapping machine is installed during the rainy season, be sure to check that the film wrapping machine has not been exposed to rain.

3. Installation

① If the manufacturer does not send a technician to your site or the wrapping machine has a low degree of automation, please install it.

② Follow the instructions and do not tamper with it. Check the electrical wiring for loose or disconnected parts. Secure any loose or disconnected parts immediately. Ensure that the power supply is in accordance with the instructions.

4. Environment

① Wrapping machines have strict environmental requirements and are suitable for use in workshops free of dust, corrosive chemicals, and non-flammable or explosive environments.

② Check all limit switches, limit switch arms, and limit stops for wear and ensure they are in the correct position and function properly.

5. Check the machine's limit switches to ensure they are in the correct position.

6. To prevent electrical problems from damaging the machine, the wrapping machine should use a separate power supply.
