Maintenance method
1. Regularly add oil lubrication to the gear meshing points, bearing oil filling holes and moving parts of the vacuum packaging machine, once per shift. It is strictly forbidden to operate the reducer without oil. After the first 300 hours of operation, clean the inside and replace with new oil. Then change the oil every 2500 hours of work. When adding lubricating oil, be careful not to drip oil on the transmission belt to prevent slipping and loss of rotation or premature aging and damage of the belt. It should be used in an environment with a temperature of -10℃-50℃, a relative humidity of no more than 85%, no corrosive gas in the surrounding air, no dust, and no explosive danger. Like the baler and shrinker, this automatic packaging machine is a three-phase 380V power supply.
2. Check the screws of various parts of the automatic packaging machine frequently, and there must be no looseness. The electrical parts of the vacuum packaging machine accessories should be waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosive, and rat-proof. Ensure that the inside of the electric control box and the wiring terminals are clean to prevent electrical failures. 3. Clean the metering part in time after shutdown. For packaged materials with high sugar content such as granules, the turntable and unloading door should be cleaned every shift. Clean the heat sealer body frequently to ensure clear sealing lines of the finished packaged bags. For scattered materials, they should be cleaned in time to keep the automatic packaging machine parts clean to extend the service life. Clean the photoelectric switch (electric eye) light head frequently to ensure its reliable operation. Clean the dust in the electric control box frequently to prevent electrical faults such as short circuit or poor contact.
