Working Process
Straight-transfer type
This type of machine uses various pre-processed empty bags. When working, one bag is taken out from the bag warehouse at a time and sent to the process chain clamping hand. When the process chain stops at each station with the empty bag, each packaging action is completed.
Figure shows the process route schematic diagram of this model. The bag-feeding device consists of a vacuum suction head and a bag-feeding conveyor chain. When the bag process chain is opened or closed, there is a special structure to make each pair of clamping hands move towards each other. The packaging bag is heated and sealed at two stations, and cold pressed and shaped at the next station. Finally, the clamping hand is released, and the product falls into the discharge conveyor device.
Rotary type
This type of machine delivers the empty packaging bags to the intermittent rotating process plate, and completes each packaging process action when the process plate stops. Figure shows the working diagram of the fully automatic vacuum bag filling machine that can achieve a certain vacuum degree in the packaging bag. The empty bag is placed flat in the paper bucket, and a bag is separated from the bag layer by the first set of suction heads. The bag is sucked and rotated 90° to an upright position by the second set of suction heads and handed to the clamping hand of the process plate. Then, when stopping at each station, printing, bagging, filling materials, adding soup, and pre-sealing (part of the length of the sealing seam) are completed in sequence. The robot helps to transfer it into the vacuum chamber of the vacuum sealing process plate, and the electric heating wire pulse sealing and cooling are performed after vacuuming in the vacuum chamber. Finally, the vacuum is released, the vacuum chamber is opened, and the clamping hand is opened to release the packaged product.
